Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our suppliers warehouses in China, the EU, or the United States, depending on the selected products and availability.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim for prompt order processing, any changes/cancellations must be reported within 12 hours of placing the order. Any requests after this time will be rejected. After receiving the order, you can return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our partner's warehouses. Please allow extra time for order processing during holiday seasons and sales periods. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship parcels on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take 10-14 days.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.

What should I do if the received goods are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Contact us if you have received goods that are incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please provide the order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant references upon receiving the shipment. We will strive to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
When will I receive a refund?
All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned goods or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank for information on when the credit will be applied to your account
